Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping

All items are shipped within 3 - 7 business days of purchase. Each order is packed with care and shipped via UPS.

We offer several shipping options for our clients depending on destination, which include:

Ground (3 to 5 business days) - costs calculated at checkout
2nd Day Air (2 business days) - costs calculated at checkout
Next Day Air (1 business day) - costs calculated at checkout

Delivery times are provided as a guideline and do not take into account local disruptions.

Signature confirmation

Signature confirmation upon delivery is required on domestic by Mae purchases. We highly recommend that you utilize the free tool UPS offers to personalize your delivery preferences and request packages be held at courier store locations/access points, and sign ahead of time for delivery if you won't be home to accept packages.

By Mae is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged mail. We ensure every single one of your items is carefully packed so that it does not damage during transit. Once your package has left our possession, it is in the care of your mail courier and all following action will need to be taken with your local post office.

International Shipping

At this time we do not offer international shipping. Special order international shipping can be offered on a case by case basis at the buyer’s expense. Buyer is responsible for any/all fees associated with shipping.

By Mae is based in the United States and all prices are in USD ($). Please allow 3-7 business days to process and ship orders.

Item Condition

All items are sold as-is. Please keep in mind by Mae is an antique and vintage store therefore all of our products are in good, pre-loved condition, and may show signs of wear due to age. Be sure to read and review imagery and descriptions before making your purchase as we make a conscious effort to note all flaws under each product description.

Disclaimer: items may be worn or have slight differences based on their vintage nature. No one product will be 100% free of flaws as we specialize on pre-loved items. If any items have been altered or repaired we will include the disclaimer under product description.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

All sales are final once an order is placed.

Due to the unique nature of our products, we unfortunately do not offer any returns, exchanges or refunds. By Mae is not responsible for any lost or stolen items once an order is handed to the shipping carrier. If your package is stolen or missing, we will send you a link where you can file a claim with the corresponding shipping company.

Arbitration

In the event the parties are not able to resolve any dispute between them arising out of or concerning these Terms and Conditions, or any provisions hereof, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise at law or in equity for damages or any other relief, then such dispute shall be resolved only by final and binding arbitration pursuant to the Federal Arbitration Act, conducted by a single neutral arbitrator and administered by the American Arbitration Association, or a similar arbitration service selected by the parties, in a location mutually agreed upon by the parties. The arbitrator's award shall be final, and judgment may be entered upon it in any court having jurisdiction.
